Nicole takes a client-centered approach to therapy, believing that meaningful healing begins by meeting clients exactly where they are. She prioritizes building a strong therapeutic relationship founded on trust, safety, and authenticity, creating an environment where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout the healing process. Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients process trauma, strengthen emotional regulation, develop healthier thought patterns, and build effective coping skills.
Drawing from both professional experience and personal understanding of how difficult it can be to seek help, Nicole recognizes the courage it takes to begin therapy and make yourself a priority. She is passionate about walking alongside her clients every step of the way, helping them build resilience, improve self-awareness, and create lasting positive change.
Nicole earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Saint Leo University and continues to expand her knowledge and training to provide evidence-based, trauma-informed care that supports long-term emotional wellness and personal growth.
