Weight Loss

New weight loss costs:

  • All medications are shipped to patients’ homes. If they live somewhere the pharmacy cannot ship to, we cannot serve them.
  • Upon starting, the patient will be screened by the Account Manager and select their medication.
  • An invoice will be sent; once paid, the medication is shipped.
  • Patients must contact the office by text or call when they take their 3rd injection of the month.
  • Prompt payment is required for medications to arrive within 2-5 working days, M-F.
  • No one will get medications ordered prior to payment, and there are no discounts or insurance coverage. We do not treat Diabetes.

Semaglutide:

  • 0.25 (low dose starting dose): $300.00
  • 0.5 mg (mod low dose): $325.00
  • 1 mg (mod dose): $350.00
  • 1.75 mg (mod-high dose): $375.00
  • 2.5 mg (high dose): $400.00


Tirziperide:

  • 2.5 mg (low dose): $350/month
  • 5 mg (moderate dose): $400/month
  • 7.5 mg (moderate dose): $450/month
  • 10 mg (moderate dose): $550/month
  • 15 mg (high dose): $650/month.

Additional Services

  • Emotional Support Animal letter – $125.00
