Tangela Ewin was born in Nashville, TN and raised in Georgia. She has resided in Florida since 2007. She worked as a registered nurse for over 8 years with BayCare in a Neuro – Trauma Intensive Care Unit and a Medical Intensive Care Unit. Tangela completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of North Florida and went on to obtain her master’s degree in nursing from the University of South Florida with specialization in Adult-Gerontology. Shortly after completing her first master’s degree, she completed her post master’s degree at Florida State University with a specialty in psychiatry and she became board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Tangela goal was to enter into a career in psychiatry as her main passion is for mental health. She learned early in her nursing career sh. wanted to be able to help her patients in each part their life. Tangela strives to provide the best possible care to her patients by collaborating with her patients to ensure positive patient outcomes.
Tangela is accepting office patients in person and by tele health in the Brandon Office. She also specialized in TMS consultation and treatment.
